House And Home

A house is a building, built to give you shelter, it has no spiritual meaning. Houses need nature to be cleared to build, so you can have coverage. A house is a place where you can sleep and feel physically safe. Then there is a home, a home is a place where you feel emotionally and mentally safe. Homes have a lot of meaning, it is where your family is, it is where you have warmth, it is where you feel loved and appreciated. There is a quote by Gauis Plinius Secondus that reads “Home Is Where The Heart is”. I agree with this statement because the heart can feel many feelings of love, hate, sadness, happiness and curiosity and I feel all those feelings while in my house but while I feel home all my feelings are amplified. Even though the negative feelings are also amplified, all those feelings make life worth living. To conclude, all people want a house to live in but all people need and deserve a home.
