Connected

Home. Home is a place where I feel safe and loved. Home is the smell of mom baking fresh baked cookies with chocolate chunks. Home is where friends and family come. Home is the place where my sister and I laugh and play together. Home is the place where neighbors are generous and help out others. Home is where my bed is, home is where my favorite slippers are, and where memories are stored in frames. Home is where I am connected with my family. Home is a feeling I can’t explain. There's just something inside me that makes me feel close with my family. I love my home. Even if you have a small family or a small house it's still home! When I hear laughter at the dinner table I know I'm home.
