MY NEIGHBORHOOD IS HOME

Every day when I come home from school, I end up in my neighborhood, that’s when I feel home.When my parents go out, my neighbors watch me, I feel safe. When we watch hockey on the T.V outside with the neighbors I feel safe. I will jog around the block by myself, I feel safe. When I walk to the bus stop, my crossing guard is surprisingly my neighbor. I feel loved, happy, safe and I have lots of friends and fun in my neighborhood. My home may be a home, but it’s not home without Beamsville. My home must stay with my neighbor, without them it’s not home. That is why anywhere in my neighborhood or with anyone on my block I feel SAFE.
