Home To Me

Home, a state of warmth, safety, and comfort, but above all, love. Most people think home is a place, but no, to me, home is where the heart is. You are probably thinking, this girl is just saying this. But no, when I say something, I believe it. Let me just clarify, a home is different than a house. A house is a building for human living, typically one that is lived in by a family or small group of people. A home is anywhere you are surrounded by people you love. You can be in a house, an apartment, a hotel room, or even the side of the road. You don't need to be in a huge mansion, or even in a house for that matter. It doesn't matter where you live, there will always be someone to care for you. Even if you are homeless you could still be the happiest person because you are grateful for all you have. So to sum it all up, home isn't a place, it's a feeling. You don't need to be in a huge house or even a building to feel it. You just need to be surrounded by the people who you love, and people who love you, and that is where your home is.
