The Meaning of HOME My family and love belongs in a home A home is somewhere, where you can roam In a home you can see everybody smiling In a home, no one is lying Even your hands don’t need to be gloved Because at home, you’ll always be loved If you have a home, consider yourself lucky Because some people don’t have enough money Everyone deserves to have that feeling And they never should have to be kneeling Habitat For Humanity, we thank you For helping the people who feel blue We should all help the people in pain We can all try to make a huge change I wrote this poem So other people can have a home Thank you to everybody that will lend a hand Even if you are across the land Home can be where you have a heart A place where we can have a restart.
