The Meaning of Home

My meaning of home is going to dance with all my friends and going to school the next day with sore legs and arms. Home is going to school and seeing all my friends there. Home is playing MarioKart with my family and eating snacks. Then once we are done playing that, me and my mom and sister will play just dance. Home is making cookies and smelling the yummy scent of them in the oven. My house is a building where I stay. But my home is comfy and relaxing. Home is going to dance competitions and shaking and sweating because of how nervous I am. Then once I go on stage, all the scary thoughts and shaking feelings go away. My meaning of home is laughing and playing with my friends. Home is love. Home is kindness. Home is going camping with my family and friends.Roasting marshmallows and hotdogs over the campfire and the taste of marshmallows. Home makes me feel safe. Home makes me feel good. Home makes me feel loved. I love home.
