Home is where you should always feel loved. Where you should wake up and smell breakfast cooking or have your siblings jump on your bed to wake you up. You should know that your parents will always be able to care for you when you are sick or cheer you on at your school play. Home should taste like eggs and bacon for breakfast, a hotdog for dinner, and goldfish for a midnight snack. When you're at home you should hear laughter, and squeals of delight at least once everyday. When you're at home you should see a mother and a father, maybe siblings and a dog.At home you should celebrate birthdays and holidays with friends and family. At home you should have the space for friends and family to come over for sleepovers and playdates and maybe some afternoon tea. At home you should feel warm in the winter, and cool in the summer. The spring rains shouldn’t affect you. You shouldn’t have to worry about the cold or whether or not you will have enough money to get through the winter.
