My Home A place where you can travel at your own pace without ever feeling rushed A place you can go where there is no judgement, just the warmth of the people you love A place that pulls you together when everything in the world seems lost A place full of comfort and hope that can never be taken away A place where creativity has no limits A place everyone is excepted with no exceptions This is my home To me, home is as sweet as my neighbor's homemade cheesecake It's as uplifting as hearing the laughter of your loved ones It's as calming as watching the sunrise slowly lift above the horizon It's as cozy as snuggling with your beloved pet as they start to drift to sleep It's as comforting as a weighted blanket hugging you tightly to your bed It's as welcoming as a bunch of happy faces greeting you as you walk in the door It's as soothing as hearing your families soft “I love you” ‘s This is my home This is my home. And I honestly would not know what I'd do without it. So many people don’t have, not just a roof over their heads but, the love and trust found inside.
