Laughter, Love, and Respect

Home. Home is a place where you feel comfort, love, and kindness. After the day ends, you open a door to a greeting of family and friends. Children are laughing cheerfully, Parents are having conversations while the dogs are making blaring barks. Home. I can taste fresh baked cookies that came out of the sizzling hot oven. I can feel my stomach rising with hunger as the smell spreads across my home. Home. I touch my soft wool carpet as I climb on to my spongy bed of silky stuffed animals. I touch my cushioned bed while I sink into my soft pillow. My home is where I feel laughter, love and respect.
