Home. Home is family game nights with lots of laughter. Scented candles lighting up the table as we play. The smell of homemade cookies fills up the house. Playing video games in the basement with my brother. Cuddling up with my pets while I am trying to fall asleep. I feel loved. Home. Home is a neighbourhood full of kids running around playing tag. Skating on the outdoor hockey rink. Throwing a ball around with friends. Playing sports around my community. I feel safe. Home. Home is a province filled with loads of generous people. Walking around exploring the Manitoba Museum. Watching the polar bears wrestle in the deep snow of Churchill. The Golden Boy watching me in the background. I feel happy. Home. Home is a Country with Canadians singing the national anthem. Maple syrup dripping from the thick maple trees. Watching the Canadian leaves blowing down from the trees. The Canadian flag blowing proudly in the wind. I feel proud to be Canadian.
