Home: Not just the structure, the people

To me home means a place where you are loved, cherished and accepted for who you truly are. It also doesn't just mean the structure of the building- it means the people inside, those that love and care for each other. It’s about being able to have dinner with my family and spend quality time with them. Home is much more than just having air conditioning or heat, it is about the people we surround ourselves with. In a home no one should be worried. In a home everybody should feel safe. I believe that in this community we need more homes so people are surrounded by love and are kept safe. Home is a place where we should all thrive. Home is a place where I am accepted for who I am today and who I will become.
