Why Everyone Needs a Home

Some people don’t have what I have What I have might not be the greatest compared to what others have But I have a family and a home And as long as we all stay together wherever we are We will always have a home If it is a structure or in our hearts Our souls I see people through their fogged up white tinted windows Making Christmas dinner or painting on their walls They all look happy I’m glad they have a home I see people on the streets Starving And crying It shatters me So please If you can Save some lives with your houses So everyone can have what we have... A home Some people refer their houses to homes But I believe home is a feeling Of trust and love I know everyone needs a house A shelter But they also need a home I understand not everyone has a house for multiple reasons It makes me feel sad I want to help! But it also makes me feel more grateful in a million ways to know That I have a house And a Home
