What Home Means to Me

What home means to me, is that I can be free just like a bee, I don't need to flee. When I’m in my house I feel safe in this place, I feel I can be myself. My home is where I learned to ride my first bike, and it is where I learned to fly my first kite. All tucked in my bed I lay down my head. Dreams and thoughts go by looking at the sky, Then I close my eyes. Everyone is around the table laughing, while we eat, while we speak, I am healthy in the day, and content while I play. Me and my dog looking at the fire logs, my family and I sitting side by side. I get a hug, I feel safe and snug. I have a Home
