The Meaning of Home

When I think of home, I think of family. For some people a home might be a place to live, but for me I am home as long as I have my family and my baby blanket. Home for me is my pet waiting at the door ready to go pee when I come home. Because I am surrounded by my family I know I am loved and respected. My family try to do what's best for me. They are helping me to become a successful person. At my home it does not matter what skin color you are, or where you come from. Home is a place where I feel safe and strong. Home is where I let my true self out. Family is a very important thing but sometimes I just need everybody to leave me alone and I can do that at home too. I´m happy when I am in my room because I can close my door and block out the world and read in peace. When I think of home I think of family. So now you know what my home means to me.
