What Home Means to Me

Home is a place where memories are made Where you can be what you want and not feel ashamed. Black or white, tall or small, a home is a place meant for all. Home to me means love and glee, joy, fun and being free. To other people Home can mean many different things but to me my home is a place where I love to be. Habitat for Humanity fills many with peace, and at home many feel full of serenity, A home and a house are two different things: A house has four walls and a roof, I have a lot of proof. A home is much different, A home is full of love and compassion, a home is a place where you can follow your passion. Your house can be big, it can be small, A home is where you cherish it all. At home you learn to play or have a chill day, it’s here that I learned memories are on their way At home I learned to read and do a good deed, I learned to walk, I learned to run, home is the place I have lots of fun. At home I feel safe and protected from the cold, it’s where my dad taught me to be bold. Habitat for humanity is making dreams come true, Helping the less fortunate to not feel blue. They build new homes for people who are challenged or disabled, And for people who are unable to reach the table! Thanks habitat for humanity for making dreams come true.:)
