A Home Is Special

In my language, home is oh chi (Japanese). I'm lucky that I have a home. Not everyone does. Home is a place where I feel safe inside, make memories, and treasure what's inside. It's where loved ones live and family visits. It holds pets and special belongings. A home is a place where you can be warm and be safe, no matter what . Home is a place where I can feel okay and where I know I'm not judged. Home is where I can laugh, cry and express all sorts of emotions. It's where I can be myself and play and have fun and learn from my mistakes. Home is a place where I can show myself just the way I am and be happy. My home is small but it's big to me. I think everyone deserves a home. Having a home is special.
