The meaning of home

To me home is something very special and this is why. In my house all the memories,feelings and even a couple of special items make my house a home. Some of my favourite “traditions” are on my backyard porch swing with icecream and water with ice. Some other traditions are in the front yard under the “shade tree” with a freezie and friends.You are probably wondering what the shade tree is so I will try my best to explain it. The shade tree is a large tree that's grown quite close to the edge of the curb on my front yard and brings shade to about ⅓ of the yard. My cat helps make my house a home because she always greets you at the door when you enter through the front door and usually meows when you come in so it's almost like she's saying “hello!” it really makes you feel that home sweet home feeling. All of these words can't even begin to describe what home feels like to me but all of these things make my house a fantastic home to live in.
