The Meaning of Home

A home to me is not just a place you find but a place you make and love and feel welcome. It makes me sad to think some people don't have this but it also makes me feel determined to help everyone that needs a home. In my home there's love and kindness, things like family comfort and warmth, there's also things like furniture and food. I know that there is a place for everyone whether you make it or not. Everyone deserves a home. The meaning of home is not just the home but also the people in the home and the love and happiness all around. It doesn't even have to be in a home, it can be anywhere as long as you feel welcomed and happy. A house is just a blank place with walls and a roof until you make it your home with your valuables and your family. I love my home and everything and everyone in it is not a home until you have love and everything you need to be happy and welcomed. Even if it's just family or love. I think if all these people are willing to help we can change lives and give everyone a home that they deserve. Everyone should have a place they feel comfortable and welcome because that's the meaning of home.
