What Home is to Me

Home is a lot to me. To me home is not just 4 walls and roof. It is where family belongs, feels comfortable and is safe. Firstly, a family are people and pets that come and greet you. A friend can be family. Even a dog and cat can be family. A family is there for you all the time. Also, you should feel comfortable while at home. It can be as simple as your dog licking your face, wrapping yourself up in a blanket sipping hot cocoa, having a movie on or playing a game with your family. Lastly, safety is part of a home. Safety to me is knowing that you're not alone. Sleeping safe and comfortable, and knowing the house will not fall on you. I hope you can see home is much more than a word to me. A good home should provide comfort and safety. I want everyone to have a home like this!
