The Meaning of Home What is the meaning of home ? Most people will say home is a building in which you live in but that is not what I feel home is. Home is where you feel safe and loved. Home is where your loved ones are-your family and friends . Home is where you have happy memories, your fondest memories . You don't need to have a house to have a home . I have a home at my house of course but I also have a home at school. A home is a place you feel connected to. Home is a house and a house can be a home. The difference is that you can't buy a home, you have to make a home. To make a home you need to fill it with things you love. You also need to fill it with love for people around you but most importantly you need people in your home. Without people a home is just a house. So any one who says home is just walls,windows, doors and a ceiling they are dead wrong they don't know what a home is they just know what a house is. -By Eryn
