Meaning of Home

Home. Home is a place where I feel safe. Not only that, but it is also quite a funny place! It's the place where I read my books, It’s the place where my mom cooks. It’s the place where my family sleeps, It’s the place where my dog digs holes so deep. The place where my siblings jump from small heights, Though I must be there to make sure they do it right. Not only do we jump, but we can run! We run in the sun for fun! Although my brother will challenge me with his pup Tim, I usually figure ways to beat him! We’ll jump and we will run but enough about fun! Let us talk ‘bout the place where I'm shaded from sun. It’s cozy but tall and we will bump into walls, But will somebody stop throwing that ball? We have a bath, a sink, and a TV that will make you blink! A bed and a pillow for our heads. We have toys that walk and toys that talk, But the most important thing is not toys or my sister's dolly boy, Why it’s the thing that there are in, Home. MY Home. And the people that live in it are special to me too, They help me accomplish the things that I do! I wrote this paragraph especially for Home, And now that it’s done it’s complete, I hope you like it because it is quite neat! Now farewell or goodbye, whatever you say, I really must be on my way, But before I go, I will tell you that a Home is not a home without a family. It does not matter if there is furniture or not, it’s the people that live here that make it complete!
