What My Home Means to Me

My home is beautiful on the outside but it’s what’s on the inside that means the most to me. First, my home makes me feel cozy and comfortable. I love sitting by the warm fire or laying on my cushy couch or soft bed. I also love curling up with my stuffies. Second, my home makes me feel happy. I love laughing with my family as we play board games or watch TV. I also love having friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents come to celebrate birthdays or holidays. Third, my home makes me feel safe. I love that it is made of strong materials like brick to keep out the rain and snow. I also love being surrounded by people who care about me. A lot of people live in a house but not every house feels like a home. I am so grateful that I have an amazing place to live.
