What does home mean to me

Home is a place where you feel safe, a place where you feel loved and a place with good and bad memories. Homes are very special. You might have driven by a house and just thought ``there is a house” but if someone else looked at that house they might have thought they were home. Some people might have moved into their house when they were born. Other people might have moved into their house when they were a kid. No matter what, people will always feel ”home” when they are at their house. It doesn't matter when they moved in. If you just moved into your new house you might feel weird for a little while but after, you will start to love your new home. Some people might take longer to feel that way than other people but at one point, they will love their home. Different houses are different houses but they are all homes to lots of people and that's what matters. A home really doesn't need to be a structure or a house, it just needs to be a place where people feel comfortable. A place where you walk in and automatically feel happy. Even if someone's house isn't really a house it is their home and that's where they feel safest. To me, home is a safe and happy place. It is a place where I am always welcome. My home is my safe place where I am loved.
