Why My House is a Home

My home is special to me because it always makes me feel happy and safe when I’m there. Nothing is better than waking up to the smell of bacon and eggs. This makes me jump out of bed and get dressed, and run down stairs as quickly as possible. My mom makes the best food ever! I feel happy and safe that she does this for me. My family and I have made a lot of great memories. Some of the best ones are having barbeques in the backyard, birthday parties and the best of all, opening presents in our pajamas under the huge christmas tree. Having a big house is a bonus. I have my own room and I get to put whatever I want in it. And, when I feel like being alone I can always go there and chill out by myself.This makes me feel safe. These are some reasons why my home is special to me.
