What home means to me

Home might not be what you think. If some people are thinking about home they would probably think about the walls, the paint, the windows, and curtains. When I think of home I think of a warm and cozy place with a kind and caring family. I don't think I’m coming into a building that I own. A house can provide shelter. A shelter is very important because in the winter you could be very cold, or in the summer you could be very hot. Which can show that a house is built with hammers, but a home is built with love, not just hammers and nails. See in my mind a house is expanded with more rooms and more space to live in with better painted walls. But a home is expanded with love and the more friends you make and the more memories you make. That's what I think. To me home is a safe place that loves you and cares for you. I am grateful that I have a house to live in with my family. So home means a lot to me and it probably does to you as well, and that is why I feel bad for the people that don’t have a home and don’t know what the meaning of home is. Those are all of my thoughts about what home means, and it is my wish for everyone to get a home.
