What Home Means to Me

What Home Means to Me What does home mean to me? Home house what is the difference. Before I thought home was just another way to say house. I later realized that home and house were two completely different things. My house is a structure. My home is where I can be free and make memories. It doesn’t matter how big or small my house is. My home is anywhere where I am safe with my family. My home is the only place I can hear my little brother cry, hear my sister laugh, see my mom sleeping peacefully and watch the Raptors with my Dad. Without my home I don’t know how I could live. I’ve lived in different houses but never in a different home. My home has gotten bigger with my little brother, but one thing that will never change in my home is the love that we have for each other. Dear Habitat For Humanity, thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to help the community around me. I hope one day everyone will have a home, not a house, a safe home. I’m proud that I am going to be one of the many people that are helping with your donations.
