The meaning of home

The word “home” means many different things depending on the way you think of it. Like I think of home as safety,family, and sports. But that is just me for other people it may mean different things. Safety means home to me because to me I feel really safe and it is a happy place. If home was not safe for me I really do not know what I would do. My life would be just miserable. I am so grateful for my safety and what I have to do to be safe. Family means home to me because they keep me safe and they teach me new things everyday. For example,my dad and my brother teach me sports and on the other side my mom helps me learn school work and other important stuff.I also have a dog his breed is a shnoodle and his name is Jeter we named him Jeter after derek Jeter (a old baseball player).I am so so so thankful to have a family and if i didnt i do not what i would do. Sports means home to me because it is my life. I dont think I could live without basketball and baseball. You get to meet new friends and new people like teammates and coaches. You also have so much fun and at the same time it is intense. If sports were not in my life I would probably be just sitting in my house on a screen. Sports is home to me. In conclusion, home means different things depending on how you think. Like home to me is sports,family and safety. Those are my three things that home means to me. What does home mean to you?
