FOUR WALLS AND A ROOF Four walls and a roof is all it needs. You don’t need to live in the most exclusive house or community to have a home. It’s not the glass walls, soft carpets, or granite kitchen counters that make everyone happy. It doesn’t even matter if your house is worth a dollar while the world’s is a million. No, that just makes everyone sadder, you’ll see. A home is what keeps us safe from the dangerous world out there and shelters us from natural disasters. It is the place where we find peace. It is just the love you put into it. The world is a harsh but affectionate place, it can go either way. New technologies, new experiments, all of these can get into your head and will take a huge effort to get out. It may look cool, but that’s all it is supposed to do, get your attention and then trap you. That is exactly why a home is a place where all that nonsense can be excluded. A home is a safe place from the external world. One step outside and you are gone if you are not strong inside. I love my HOME! A home is the beginning of a whole new world. It is the place that brings the world together. All it takes is love. One invitation, to another, is the simplest way to begin. One party, one dinner, all sitting at the table as one. That’s all it needs. I love my HOME! A home is a place people go when they need shelter from the heavy winds, snow, and rain. The roof is what blocks it all. When you come from school or work and you are fired up and tired you go home. When people are throwing snowballs or are being rude, you go home. A home is the safest place on Earth. I love my HOME! You can think of a home as a friend, a friend that helps you out every single day of your life. We must be thankful and not greedy for the small tangible things like the layout or the age, because really all it takes is really that simple, FOUR WALLS AND A ROOF!
