If Love Is There

A home isn’t a home because a family lives there. It's only a home because love can be found there. It's where I can express myself without being judged, knowing I'm loved. Everyone deserves a home, not just for people who can afford it but for the people who can’t. A home is a place where I roam, a place where I can spread my wings and fly. It’s a place where I feel emotions, a natural beauty that’s not just four walls but a place where I'm safe. If my family’s not there, I don't feel I belong. All my memories are the reason I cherish my home. It’s where my dog greets me and I cuddle him at the front door. Everyone deserves to feel the way I do when I walk in my front door. No matter how no matter where it’s only home if love is there! Everyone deserves a home, a nice place where they can put their head on a fluffy pillow. A place where I can celebrate and watch sports with my family. It’s a part of me that I can’t drown out, but that’s a good thing because without it I cannot sprout.
