Meaning of Home

Home for me is a place I feel loved and safe. It does not matter if it is big or small. It's the people, it's my family. It's a place where I grew up, when I first learned to walk, run, dance and sing. My home is a memory. Home is a place where I can be myself. When I come home I smell freshly baked traditional food, where I can hear my dog bark, where I share embarrassing moments and how your day is. A home is where you celebrate holidays with your family and where you share everlasting love. I am thankful for Habitat for Humanity for giving people an opportunity to have the feeling of home.
