My Very Happy Home

A home to me is not the physical structure but more importantly what’s inside. Inside my home is love, safety and family. I feel loved, cared for, understood, happy, comfortable and respected. I have clean clothes, cupboards and fridge full of food, clean running water and a warm bed at night. When I make mistakes, I know I’m understood and it is a learning experience. We forgive and forget. We do second chances. I am happy and joyful in my home. I know I can talk and be comfortable in any situation. I am respected and follow the values and morals my home has. There are fun times, bad times, good times and sad times but whatever happens, we always have each other. We apologize when we are wrong. We never take anything for granted and appreciate what we have. The greatest is the time spent with my family. My house isn’t just a house, it’s my home.
