The Meaning of My Home

This actually felt like home the most because I have the most memories at this house which makes it a home. I felt safe here, I felt warm. It was where my life started and where I lived for 11 years. I loved how when I would walk in the door my dog would be there to greet me at my door and how happy my dog was to see me, made me feel happy. Sadly my dog passed away in 2019. when I would walk through the door after school or something my dog wouldn't be there and it made home feel different for a while but in April of 2020, we got a PUPPY! But I still think about Ottis to this day because he was my first dog. I loved living here because I had so many friends around me. I was happy that I was close to everyone so I could walk to my friends' house instead of driving. I had the best neighbours. My dad and mom were really good friends with them, and they had a pool so we would go swimming there a lot in the summer.
