Meaning of Home

The meaning of home is that a condo or house is a home even if some are small or big because a home is a home. Where you have memories and struggles. In a home families share cries, happiness, disagreements, dreams, pets, food and cuddles. All homes have love, hope and dreams. It's not how big the home is, it's how happy the home is and the people in it. Home is where you feel free, safe, happy, sad, cozy, relaxed, loved, and millions of others feelings in a home. It's a place where you can make mistakes but it's ok to make those mistakes because you can learn. In a home or in an apartment, I learned that if you move out it’s not your home anymore, but you can still say it used to be your home because no matter what you will always hold those memories in your heart. A home takes hard work to make because you have to place a brick just in the right spot, just like you need the right family to live in that home. A home is a feeling. It’s where everything feels ok. I want to say it's very sad that lots of people don't know the feeling of home because they live on the streets, and “I wish everyone had a home so they would know the feeling of home”. The older I get, the more I realize, I just need the simple things in life. A comfy home , good food on the table and surrounded by the people I love. Jezebel Grade4
