What a Home Means to Me

A home is where you could spend time with your family. It's somewhere you feel safe from dangerous people, and there is nothing to be scared of in your home. A home is where your parents can protect you. A home is where you can get a lot of memories from the past. A home is somewhere where you're loved by your family. A home is where you have peace. A home is where you can share your feelings. It's about a friendly and welcoming environment where I am respected and understood. I have an equal share of responsibility like every one of my family members. We all work and love each other. We help each other in any way we can to make it a pleasant home for all of us. My mom works hard all day so we have a clean place to live in. My dad works hard to provide for us and the minute he gets home at night, he first helps me with my homework and he never complains that he’s tired, hungry, or thirsty for working all day. Sometimes I even forget to thank them for all these things, but the next day they do it all over again.
