The Place I Call Home

The meaning of home to me is a place that I have made happy memories, a place that I love and a place that makes me feel safe. I love my home, it might not be where I live but it is still my home. I wish I could live there and I used to live there, but not anymore. My home is more than a house, but it is a place. My home is Greenwood, Nova Scotia, even though I haven't lived there for multiple months it is still my home. In Greenwood there were so many nice people and I had made so many amazing friends and memories. I only lived there for two years but those were the happiest two years of my life. My best friend lives in Greenwood and I have only seen them once since I moved. Greenwood was the place where I was a place I knew I was safe. Me and my friends would usually spend our days hanging out. We would either go to one of our homes, go to the playground that was a part of the neighborhood or walk around and talk about everything that was going on in our classes. I wish I still lived there but sadly I don't. This is something that I finally got off my chest in detail and I am happy that I did. This is my story and I can write my own story but there are some things that I can change and this is one of them.
