Meaning of Home

Home is like a pit stop on the windy, busy, stressful road of life. We use our homes every day. Home is not just a place to sleep, it's more than that. It is your domain. Where you thrive. There are many parts to home: staying safe is very important. I know that my strong and brave dad will do anything for me and that makes me feel safe and warm. When he’s not here we put on our security system. My mom assures me that everything is going to be fine when I feel down. Home has moments of laughing and crying. There is happiness and sorrow in every home. So home is a place where one lives permanently. I know I have a house full of people that love me more than anything. It’s a great feeling, having a home, but I’m not writing this because I have to. I'm writing this because there are still people who don't have a happy home or no home at all. I'm lucky to not know how that feels but it must feel horrible.
