What Home Means to Me

My home is really important to me and here are some reasons why. Feeling loved, having my family, and feeling safe are what home means to me. Feeling Loved When I am at home, I feel loved, and I know that I am being loved because I will have my family to back me up whenever I need them. Also, I feel loved when I am watching a movie with my mom, dad, and my brother and when my mom or dad say they love me. Having My Family When I have my family with me, I feel most at home because my brother makes me laugh and my mom and my dad make me feel safe and loved. If I ever have to move, a house can turn into a home in seconds just by having my family with me. Feeling safe I feel safe when I am cuddling with my pets because when I am with my dog Cocoa, my cat Tom, and my bunny Mouse, they cuddle up to me and that makes me feel relaxed and safe. Next, when I lay on the couch with my mom because then I feel at home and when I feel at home, I feel safe. Most importantly, I feel safe being with my family so that I know that nothing can happen to me. Now you know the three important things about what home means to me: feeling loved, having my family, and feeling safe.
