The Meaning Of Home

I wonder if it’s a place, a location, or a state of mind. The word home has many meanings, it means different things to different people. Different things at different times. I call home, a place where my heart is, and will forever be. A place to live, love, and be loved. My home, my heart, my happy place, where I imagine and share my dreams. I get to celebrate with the people I love, and the people who love me. Love is the language in my home, a place to give and a place to receive, my home, my world, my heart. Regardless of what the word home means to you, it's a special place. A home is not just a place, but also a safe community, where you can be yourself and be loved for it. A home could be a secret place in your heart, that will forever make you smile and sometimes cry. A home cannot be described as just a noun, because a home is one of the best places you can ever be. A home is an indescribable place of wonder, everyone needs a place to call home. A place where you can share the good and the not-so-good times. A home, for some, is a small place, a tiny space where it is difficult to move around, physically, mentally, or emotionally. For some, it’s a shelter, or it could be a mansion filled with all the riches one can imagine, and for others, it’s a neighborhood where they can explore freely and confidently with no fear at all! Home is many different things, and I can’t say there is one single meaning to it. Whatever home means to you, make it a memory that lasts forever!
