Meaning of Home

Where is your favourite place to go? It might be school or your friends house, but my favourite place is home. But what does home mean to me? Here are some things about what home means to me. First, home to me is a shelter because I wouldn't have any other place to live. It is important to have a place to live because if you don't have any place to live you would have to live on the streets and you wouldn't be able to eat healthy, shower, or get a good sleep. For example, I live in a home and I can eat well, shower, and sleep well, this is good for me because I can be healthy, smell good and get a good amount of sleep. Secondly, a home to me is where I can keep my belongings safe. This is important to me because there are some really valuable things that belong to me that I would never want to lose. For example, family photos, a car my father got me in Saudi Arabia, something my father wrote, which is really important to me because he is in another country right now, legos and the last thing are my baby photos. Thirdly, a home is where I am safe. This is important because if I am not in a safe house I could get robbed or someone could break in or something unexpected can happen which won’t be good because you could lose everything you have, but having a safe home can make you feel and be safe in your home. For example, I live in a safe home that has a security system which makes me feel very safe at home. Finally, A home is where I can have fun! This is important because everybody needs to have fun! It would also be pretty boring if you had to live somewhere where you can't have fun. In conclusion these are my reasons about what home means to me. It means shelter, where I am safe, and where my belongings are.
