Why Home just isn't a Place

Home is not just a place, to me it means family, love, where you're happy, and where many memories are made. Home is very important to me because it’s where I feel safe, happy and where the people who are less fortunate should be too. Home is a place where you should feel welcomed and it should be a warming place full of love and kindness. That's what habitat for humanity can help with. They build homes with volunteer help and use as much donated money and material as possible for people in need. My first reason why home isn't just a place is because it’s where your family is and your family is very important because it’s who you grow/grew up with, who loves you, plus most people are with them most of the time. Personally I think family is the most important thing. For example they are there for you, they help you, they do everything for you, YOU. My second reason why home isn't just a place is because it’s where most memories are made. Memories take a very important role in your life, For example if you make a mistake you can remember what it was and think about how you can not make the same mistake again or like your first memory. Normally people's first memories are in their houses when they are little, like when you say your first word, lose your first tooth or take your first steps. Little things are the things that matter the most. My third and final reason is because it's where you're happy. It can be in your bedroom, in your living room, or in your kitchen. ANYWHERE! Home is where you should feel safe and when I'm safe I feel happy. It's also where loved ones are. In conclusion, all of the things I've listed show why homes aren't just a place and why it is important. I hope you enjoyed and can think about my opinion and maybe have the same.
