My Meaning of Home

A house is something that you live in, but home is a whole different topic. Home could be anything, anywhere, it depends on the person. To me, my house feels like home because I have my family, my pets and the fact that we made it feel like home. My house is home because of my family. I’m not going to lie, my family can be annoying and I sometimes have fights with them. Although without them, my home would only be a house. I also have so many memories in my house. Although houses are nice, I could live on the streets, but as long as the people I love are there, I will be as happy as I can be! My house is home because I have my loving pets with me. My 2 fish and 2 cats mean the world to me. I’ll do anything to make them happy and safe! As long as I have my pets with me, I will be happy! My pets are amazing and with their love, anywhere can feel like home. My house is home because that’s what we made it. There are so many things that have been passed down in my family. When we moved into our house we renovated it to be perfect for our family. My family has a lot of special items like old stuffies and blankets that we take everywhere. If we have those, anywhere we go, we feel safe! Family, loving pets, family items and all the amazing and special touches we added to our house, makes home to me. My family and pets are always there for me and I have so many special things in my house that are important to me and my family. What does home mean to you?
