Meaning of Home

Home is magic. It's where I grew up and started to walk, eat, and sleep. Home to me means family, security and warmth. Without a family, home is just a building, but when my family is near it becomes home. Wherever we may go, when family is near, it feels like home. We have fun weekends where me, my parents and siblings cuddle up on the couch and watch a show where we eat lots of popcorn. Although they can be annoying at moments, without them, it's just not the same. My mom and siblings are always there for me when I'm down, stressed, depressed or anything like that, they make me feel at home. My home makes me feel comfortable and secure. For me it's not just walls and a roof that give the feeling of security, it's that I know that this place is a safe environment for me. I am secure because of the roof over my head and the people who are there to take care of me. Home is security. Home is warmth, my home is so cozy and warm especially when me and my family cuddle up on a cold day and drink hot cocoa, delicious! I love to cuddle up in my bed with my favorite stuffy and fall asleep slowly entering dreamland. I really enjoy sitting by my fireplace in the morning and drinking a big cup of milk. My home is a very cozy place. Home is warmth. I'm so very grateful for everything I own, especially my home. I can't even imagine how horrible it would be to not have any of this stuff. That's why I think Hope For Humanity is doing a very wonderful thing!
