The Meaning of Home

The meaning of home, well that's a big topic to cover and difficult to explain because the meaning of home can vary from different things depending on who is telling the story. For me home might feel like lying on the grass and watching the stars shine, for others it might be taking a walk in the snow but for some they can’t afford a house where they can relax and if you stressed all the time about financing, you can’t truly enjoy the feeling of home. No matter who is telling the story it’s always going to have a meaning to it and a home does not necessarily need to be a building in which you live in. Everyone has a different story to tell about their home and the memories attached to it, and to me my home means being with your family or friends but also being able to say when you need some alone time. Everyone deserves a place that they can call home where they can share a meal with their friends and sleep peacefully knowing that this is their home and where it's safe and accepting.
