What Home is to Me

Home is a place that you feel comfortable in and have some freedom in what you do. Home to me is where my family is, even if it is with my annoying little brother. Family. There can be lots of meaning of family whether is by birth or a chosen family. Or people you spend a lot of time with could be family. Home is a place you’re welcomed and feel good in, and can relax and be yourself. Your home can be anywhere whether it's a cozy house, or something else. The saying home away from home is very meaningful for me because a home could not be a house or a building but a place you call home like a tree you spend more time in than inside your house. A place that’s a home away from home for me is at my grandparents farm. It feels so homey and I can do what I want whether that's outside or inside. People should be able to pick their home if they can have it. Home is an important part of everybody's lives and should have one. In my home I have everything that I need plus more. Home is a place where you have everything you need.
