What Home Means to Me

Home means family. My family loves me and keeps me very safe. They play with me and they are always there for me. I feel very loved. That’s why home means family to me. Home means fun. It’s where I can play all kinds of games. I can play video games with my friends and have game nights with my family. It’s where my dog and I can be silly together. It’s where I can laugh and make memories. That’s why home means fun to me. Home means comfort. I have the comfort and privacy of my own room. I have warm and cozy places in my home such as my bed, the couch and the fireplace. There are lots of blankets and pillows. I’m comfortable to be myself because I’m surrounded by people who love me no matter what. That’s why home means comfort to me. Home means safety. My home has strong walls and strong doors with strong locks. There is a fire extinguisher in case we need it. I’m also protected by my strong parents who make me feel safe. That’s why home means safety to me. Home means health to me. I’m healthy because I have a place to exercise and rest. It’s a place where I can clean myself. There is also plenty of food and water to re-energize myself. That’s why home means health to me. I love my home and I think my house likes me.
