Meaning of Home

There is a difference between a home and a house. A house is just a building with walls, a roof and windows, but a home is what's on the inside; it's a place where I can be happy or sad. It's a place where I can feel safe. Home is where you can lock your doors, cozy up on the couch and watch a movie/show with your family or by yourself. Home is where my mom's yummy baking happens and where my dog barks. My home is where me and my brother have grown up. Home is where I can be sick or healthy. Home is where the heart of my family lives. Home is where our family and friends come for supper or just for a visit. It is also where I can come home and have supper with my family and talk about our day. I feel that everyone should have a house but even better a home.
