What Home Means to Me

What home means to me! A home is a place that has at least four walls, a roof and a floor. It’s a place where I can feel safe and where I can be loved by my family. No matter what size or how nice the home is decorated, a home is a home, and it will always be that way. A home is a place where I can feel safe and where others can too. Just thinking about how lucky I am to have a home makes me feel blessed and thankful. A home is a place where everyone can be happy, play, and laugh together. Sadly, not everyone has a home to hold those memories, make those connections, possess those feelings of safety and security. Everyone should feel safe, and we all need to work together to make that reality possible for as many families as we can. That is what home means to me. -Neko
