HOME by Liam Lahey When I walk in my home I smell a batch of cookies in the oven that my mom made. My brother and I get so happy because they are the best cookies. Oh, I forgot to say that they are chocolate chip cookies and when you bite into them, the chocolate chips melt on your tongue. They are the best! After we enjoy the chocolate chip cookies I give my mom a big thank you hug then I bring some over to my nan and pop's house. They love homemade cookies. I stay at their house for a bit and sometimes we say thank you to mom for making moms favorite cookies and giving them to her and when I go home it is night time. I go to bed and mom tucks me in the blankets. I go to sleep and when I wake up I smell my favorite turkey bacon. After I enjoy my turkey bacon I sometimes play my new playstation 5 but if I don’t I will help mom clean the house and clean up from breakfast. We will just talk about when dad is going to come home and what are we going to do when he comes home. I think we are going to the movies this time when he comes home and if you are wondering what do you mean “come home”, he works away from home. He has to take a plane to work but he only has to work for two weeks and then he is home for two weeks. And when he comes home we go in the shed working on my dirt bike - well just cleaning it because I am selling it and getting a new one because mine is getting too small. I think I am going to get a 110cc. I think my home is the best and the only place I want to be.
