What Home Means to Me!

When somebody says the word “home’’ lots of people think of a big or small building. But home means much more than just a building. A home is really different from a house. A home is somewhere you are loved and supported. In my home I live with my mom, dad, uncle, baby sister, and little sister. Me and my family feel really safe, really cozy, really loved and really supported. Before I came to live in Canada I lived in Europe and in Europe at my grandmas and grandpas I had 3 dogs Zucy, Blacky and Fluffy but sadly Blacky ran away. In lots of homes like mine people live with their family or pets, sometimes even both! A house is different. A house is a building waiting to become someone's home. Habitat for Humanity makes houses for people so people can live there and make it a home. You don't have to have a house to have a home!
