My Home is my Sanctuary
A house is a home where parents and kids are free, happy and welcome. A place to feel warm, a place to feel loved, a place to feel comfortable. It’s a place to feel safe, and a place to feel wanted. At home I play and I eat and drink and sleep and when I do all these things I know I can be my best self and I am reminded of how grateful I am for my life. In my house I have a loving mother and father who motivate me to work hard and try my best, and when I feel sad they help me overcome my feelings. My sisters let me know I’m a big brother who needs to look out for them. I hope that someone will look out for those who don’t have homes, so they can feel like I do. Truly fortunate.
